The samsung LN52B750 52 Inch HDTV - Picture Perfect For Any Living Room

Consumer electronics giant Samsung has pushed the boundaries of what HDTV is with the new LN52B750 52 inch model, Seeing it in the living room was a serious ‘wow’ moment for me. Even though I had to rearrange furniture, this stylish set made the work and the hassle worth the effort. It’s one of Samsung’s biggest models, and has an array of futuristic features.
Wide Screen Magic
The Samsung LN52B750 comes with a wide 52 inch LCD high definition screen. This gives its viewers a theatre feel. One can set this sleekly designed model on a table top or hang it on your living room wall as a stunning feature. It has various picture modes like Dynamic, Natural, Standard, and Movie. You can select any mode based on your taste and need not change the color settings as it automatically sets the color suited for each mode. Samsung’s latest Auto Motion Plus 240Hz Technology helps transform the viewing experience into an almost real-life experience also.
Clearer and Sharper Images
Like nearly every fully HD capable TV made in the last four years, this one does screen resolutions of 1080 lines per inch on progressive scan - this is called 1080p resolution, and is the highest broadcast standard of screen resolution available. The result is a fantastically clear display.
TruSurround System
The Samsung LN52B750 model comes with full surround sound capabilities, making the movie watching experience explosive and reverbatory. You can get by with the speakers that come with the system, but it has all the hookups needed to make a dedicated speaker system drive its way home, with 7.2 Dolby capabilities.
Preloaded Content Library
We were a bit dubious about a TV with onboard storage coming with an onboard content library; usually this means whatever video or such that they could get cheap. We were pleasantly surprised at the quality of the video games that came with, and there’s a nice workout video. However, being able to access a good video of how to set up the system was nearly priceless to us. Still, once we got it hooked up, they couldn’t compete with the Wii.
Medi 2.0 Features - An HDTV And A Personal Computer
The greatest feature of this HDTV, in my own opinion, is its capability to surf online content on sites such as Yahoo!, YouTube, and Flickr. Samsung have extended the functionality of this model to include some PC qualities! It’s a cool feature that makes an investment in this HDTV well worth its price. It also offers Pandora, which is a great, free, internet music service that is preloaded.
Futuristic Touch of Color Design
Having seen too many HDTVs that look like they were designed for some hyper futuristic sterile lab, it’s nice to see that Samsung thought about making something that works with most American living rooms. It’s got nice clean lines, and a narrow bezel, with a mixture of black and charcoal gray to make sure it works with most living room dcor.
I would certainly recommend this model to any HDTV shopper. However, when buying, always be sure to check online retailers before you visit your local high street store, as your sure to get a better deal online!
